Refund policy

Returned Items must be shipped back within 10 days of arrival.

Returned items must be in their original condition - unworn and undamaged with tags attached. 

Refunds will be processed in the form of a STORE CREDIT to be used on future purchases. 

Shipping Fees will be deducted from the store credit amount. Returns made to us past the 10 day mark will not be accepted and returned to sender.

All sale products are considered FINAL SALE. 

FACE MASKS ARE FINAL SALE.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:

Making a return is easy; simply request a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 10 days of your order date.

To request an RA#, please email shishiboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
Merchandise eligible for return must not be on sale, worn, altered, or washed with original tags intact. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.

We'll review your request and provide you with a shipping return label.
